Grease filter exchange program

Filter exchange service is great for restaurants who understand the benefits of clean filters, and how this helps remove grease from the system. Sign up for this contract program, and our employee will exchange your filters for a clean set. This can be setup once a week, monthly, every other month, or longer depending on your needs. Our filters are not the cheap thin ones, that hardly stay put when the fan turns on. Call for more details

Exhaust fan hinge kits

Exhaust fan hinge kits are designed to help eliminate damage and/or injury to your fan, electrical wiring, expensive roof membrane, and cleaning contractor. These are a requirement per NFPA #96, and most all professional cleaning contractors.

 

Roof grease containment solutions

We offer many options, and solutions, to help protect your roof, and/or establishment, from damaging grease leaking from exhaust fans. Call and talk to our staff today, and we will find the best solution for your grease containment needs.

 

Grease Baffle Filters

From Aluminum, Galvanized, and Stainless steel. We sell all sizes of grease baffle filters to fit your specific restaurant hood, and or situation. Filters when properly cleaned, and without missing baffles or plugged drain holes, help remove grease before it enters the plenum. Filters also work as a flame block for the plenum, and ducts themselves.

 

Globes

A necessity and requirement for all lights under your restaurant hood, cooking lines, food prep areas, walk-in coolers, or other food handling areas. These globes protect food handling areas from bulb glass debris, in the event of accidental breakage or bulb failure. Globes are designed to contain the fragments after these events

Old exhaust fan making noises or quit working? We sell and install new restaurant exhaust fans. Our company also on occasion, buys used fans to resell to others who may be on a  tight budget, but also needs to keep their restaurant operating. Dumpster pad degreasing

There is a certain area on your establishments grounds that will make, or break a customer walking up to your door. The dumpster area is one smell that no patron wants to endure walking up to the door. Our technicians are able to clean the dumpster area concrete with proven techniques. This not only reduces slip hazards from grease soaked concrete, but also keeps your staff from tracking this bacteria back into your restaurant, and also helps eliminate the smell for future patrons.

 

Stamping service

This service was started, because we are noticing a growing theft of restaurant exhaust fans, and motors from establishment roofs. All numbers are recorded, and saved on a database with other restaurants, so law enforcement may cross check for owners in the event someone is stopped with suspicious equipment. Call for details
